Electrician Apprentice

We are searching for a reliable electrician apprentice to join our team. The electrician apprentice’s responsibilities include completing all tasks assigned by the master electrician, which may include assisting with installations, troubleshooting, repairs, and calibrations of electrical systems and equipment. You should be eager to learn and able to follow instructions.

To be successful as an electrician apprentice, you should demonstrate good time management and customer service skills. Outstanding candidates are highly analytical, observant and have sound knowledge of safety protocols.

Electrician Apprentice Responsibilities:

  • Learning from the master electrician and completing all assigned duties.
  • Identifying, analyzing, troubleshooting and assisting with repairs of equipment and electrical faults.
  • Traveling out to various public and private spaces to assist the master electrician.
  • Interpreting blueprints and schematics.
  • Updating work logs, client accounts and handling other administrative duties.
  • Ordering replacement parts and equipment as needed.
  • Completing electrical installations and carrying out various maintenance duties.
  • Working irregular hours and overtime when required.
  • Communicating with clients in a professional, courteous manner at all times.
  • Collaborating with construction workers, plumbers and other crew members.

Electrician Apprentice Requirements:

  • A relevant license and certification.
  • Practical experience working with electrical systems and equipment.
  • Ability to read technical manuals, blueprints and schematics.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • A willingness to learn and work overtime when required.
  • Ability to handle criticism appropriately.
  • A valid driver’s license or reliable transport.

Service Administrative Assistant

As a service administrator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient delivery of services and maintaining exceptional customer satisfaction. Your primary responsibility will be to coordinate service requests between customers, field employees/coworkers and supervisors while upholding service standards. This role demands a detail-oriented, organized professional with strong communication skills and a dedication to providing top-notch service experience.

The typical tasks, duties, and responsibilities that make up the job description of the service administrator are:

  • Job, work order, and preventive maintenance billing.
  • New customer/Vendor setup.
  • Cover incoming service calls with customers, vendors, and end users.
  • Customer satisfaction follow-ups/calls.
  • Maintain & complete all generator warranties, registrations, document filing, & customer paperwork.
  • Maintain SM sales report monthly and distribute to managers.
  • Maintain MY ASSIST reports with missing AR & SM information.
  • Maintain & review the PM paperwork calendar & tasks.
  • Maintain collections report weekly.
  • Maintain and disperse weekly service schedules.
  • Maintain survey monkey data.
  • Maintain monthly service meetings.
  • Complete permit tasks as needed for w/o and jobs.
  • Complete/process COI for customers/vendors.
  • Support service manager and assistant manager.


  • High school diploma or business degree.
  • 1 year service experience.
  • Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Excellent computer skills (i.e. Microsoft outlook, word, and excel)
  • Ability to learn new software quickly.
  • Ability to work well with customers and coworkers and maintain a positive relationship.
  • Ability to adapt to stress and a fast – paced environment.
  • Handle customer accounts/issues with discreetness.

Work hours:

  • Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM-4:00 PM.
  • As needed for emergencies and disaster related work.

Salary and Benefits will be negotiated based on the qualifications of the candidate.
